Dear parents.
Examinations.
Please find the attached exam timetable for the Grade 4, 5, 6 and 7 learners. Also note that all the learners in (Grade 1-7) will be released at 13: 00 from 22 May 2024 until 4 June 2024.
On 5 June we will resume the normal times where the senior learners are released at 13:30. Please arrange transport accordingly and assist our learners to study for the examinations.
Clothes
The learners may wear their winter clothes (Green PCS Track suit, top and bottom with white shirt and green socks with black school shoes) from this month. Please mark their clothes.
The grade 7 boys may wear grey flannel trousers with black school shoes and a white shirt. If it’s cold they can wear a pull over or a jersey over the white shirt.
Birthdays.
Reminder: Only Grade R, 1, 2, and 3 learners are allowed to bring party packs or cup cakes for their birthday. No Grade 4, 5, 6 and 7 learners are allowed to bring any cake or party food to celebrate their birthdays. It causes interruptions with the class programme. All learners are allowed to wear their civvies clothes on their birthdays.
